Meyer expanded Central Asia market along with the Belt and Road Initiative

The 14th Uzbekistan International Agriculture Exhibition held in Tashkent on March 14, attracting 270 enterprises across 18 countries, as the most important expo in Central Asia. Meyer, known as the global leading optical sorter supplier, was invited to showchase its brand new AI sorters.

Tens of cooperation agreements were made onsite at the booth of Meyer which has offered AI sorting solutions for businesses of rice, multigrain and nuts based in Central Asia.

As a critical nation along the Silk Road, Uzbekistan has strengthened trade relations with China since the Belt and Road Initiative was introduced, which delivered opportunities for Meyer to explore the Central Asia market.

In the future, Meyer will keep reinforcing product innovation to offer more intelligent sorting and inspection solutions based on its advanced R&D platform such as National Engineering Technology Research Center of Intelligent Sorting Equipment for Agricultural Products and National Post-Doctoral Research Workstation, presenting strength of Intelligentized in China.
